Lost Planet patch = lost multiplayer games?

Something must be up. A few days ago, a member of the Capcom BBS reported that he’s been having problems with Lost Planet multiplayer since having the game updated. Guess it wasn’t an isolated case, because that one post has now exploded into a ten-page-and-counting thread. It seems the most common complaint is that “The match host has canceled the mission” nearly every single time into a match.

In response, Capcom mods are asking board members to post as much info as possible about their game, their connection type, ISPs, that sort of technical stuff, so that they can track the problem down (Well, Capcom customer service has proven to be responsive in the past). The thread has also been stickied/bumped, a reflection of the urgency behind the issue.
