Cashing in on the virtual pet craze induced by Nintendogs, this DS title takes players into the cage of the other white meat: the hamster. Before letting out a groan, check out the video! It may seem like a self-explanatory premise, but Love Hamster has many surprising features. For example, the player can create and design up to six rooms for his furry appetizer to play around in. This fun pet is also capable of talking through means of text and learning new words via the microphone. A full-fledged dress up system is also one of the main aspects of the game.

This darling game is scheduled to be released November 2 in Japan. So far, no North American version of this game has been announced, but we’ll keep you posted.
