Lua Player v0.14 for PSP
Shine has posted an update to Lua Player which has been updated to version 0.14. Lua is an easy to use scripting language which allows for easy creation of on the fly PSP programs. If you haven’t already noticed, many fun games have been programmed using this language and the learning curve is not very long. More information can be found at luaplayer.org. The many great changes in this version include (with help from sweetlilmre) :
– IrDA support [Shine]
– Windows Emulator [sweetlilmre]
sceIoD* functionality added for System.listDirectory().
sceGuClearColor and sceGuClear implemented.
Flicker reduction via GL / PSP drawing sync attempt to improve sound sync by yielding in glutIdleFunc() func.
– Possible signed bug for timer fixed [Shine]
You can get it for PSP firmware version 1.00 [here].
You can get it for PSP firmware version 1.50 [here].
Currently, this program will only run on PSPs with firmware version 1.0 or 1.50. If you do not know which firmware version your PSP has, or if you need help installing this program on your PSP, check our Ultimate FAQ.
