LUA Shell with Adhoc Messenger 2.7 (formerly Unofficial Adhoc Messenger)

Developer aldostools has announced the release of the latest build of the Unofficial Adhoc Messenger homebrew app for the PSP. Aside from a name change, this new version will also carry various bug fixes, and an internet browser. The rest of the changelog is available in the full article.

Developer aldostools has recently announced the release of a new build for the Unofficial Adhoc Messenger homebrew shell for the PSP. First off, the developer is announcing that this application has been renamed to Lua Shell with Adhoc Messenger to reflect its main functionality.

As a recap, this homebrew is actually a mod build of Adhoc Messenger 2.0, originally developed by F@T3oYCG. More than just minor tweaks, however, aldostools also added some handy new features. Here are some of the functions being added in version 2.7 (Quoting the dev’s post):

• Based on LUA Player HM 6.6
• Added Internet Browser
• Added directory functions to the file manager
• Added UMD ripping function
• Fixed some bugs and changed few options
