Lumines II Japanese version still on track
Rumors of a possible cancellation of Lumines II have been circulating around the Internet when fans of the popular PSP puzzler noticed that it’s not listed on Q Entertainment‘s website. However, to the amazement of many fans, Lumines II was never on Q Entertainment’s website in the first place! The game which has already been released in the US to the delight of female gamers, has a unique tetris-style gameplay mixed with a wealth of music for all gamers.
1UP spoke to the brains behind Q Entertainment, Tetsuya Mizuguchi, who today confirmed that the Japanese version of Lumines II is still well on its way. What’s even better is that the friendly Mr. Mizuguchi also said that the release date and first details would be announced later this week, with the Japanese version featuring a very different track list compared to what the US version has.
