Those of you familiar with Meizu and its Mini Player series will be glad to know that the M6 SE variant of the Mini Player M6 already has some details to it. It’s bound to be a little more sleek than the original and perhaps will have a new button layout.

First off, it’s down to 7mm thin from the previous 10mm. It still supports popular MPEG4, MPEG2, WMV9, H263/264, RM(VB) video formats in 730×480 resolution. The screen  has been enlarged by 0.01 inch and has a 600mAh battery.

Development is chugging along, but Meizu hints towards delays. The product was originally slated for release by the holiday seasons this year, but we guess we’ll have to wait and see.
