And right about time too. According to Xboxic and their reliable sources “only an incoming meteor could stop Mad Tracks from final release” next Wednesday, May 30. Since last week, rumors of the crazy racer getting released soon were already doing rounds of the web.

While Load Inc. big man Denis Bourdain neither confirmed nor denied the Mad Tracks‘ release, everyone’s pretty worked up that, when he dropped by the Xboxic forums, the tone of his update made everyone assume that it was more or less confirmed anyhow. Only time will tell, but for what it’s worth, (given that we’ve already waited this long) what’s a few more days of waiting?

We’ll drop the bomb once we get some cold, hard confirmation of the release. Or maybe hope to god that that meteor doesn’t show up.
