Football fans who can't wait to get their hands on EA Sports' Madden NFL 09 (Xbox 360, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 3, Wii, DS, PC) listen up. A demo of the game will be available on both the Xbox Live and PlayStation Network this August 1.
Unlike the usual reduced quarter length format we have come to expect from sports demos, this one gives players a chance to play around on the virtual trainer before heading into the game. Players will only be given a chance to control the offensive team in the Super Bowl. Too bad commentary was left out due to size limitations.
Before we go, Xbox 360 owners might want to know that they can get their hands on the demo even earlier if they decide to purchase the NFL DVD In Just One Play: The Big-Play Men of the NFL.
