MAG Official Site launched, comes with a world map

The official site for Sony‘s upcoming Massive Action MMO shooter, MAG, has just gone live and it comes with a world map. That’s about it – a map. But on closer inspection, this map seems to point us to where we’ll be facing off with 255 other players. Let’s take another look.

The official site for Sony‘s upcoming Massive Action MMO shooter, MAG, has just gone live and it comes with a world map. That’s about it – a map. But on closer inspection, this map seems to point us to where we’ll be facing off with 255 other players. Let’s take another look.

I found three places worth noting while playing with the map. The area in the Middle East makes the hover glow orange, clicking on which will flash some symbol, then if you click again, you get what appeared to be a flash of the scene. Don’t blink, you’ll miss it. Same goes for South America, which glows a faint blue, and the Western part of North America which gives a greenish glow (I know, my Geo sucks).
