Magic the Gathering XBL update up next week

An update's on its way for Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers on the XBL. This will be the first that the game will receive since it launched earlier this June.

An update's on its way for Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers on the XBL. This will be the first that the game will receive since it launched earlier this June.

The update will arrive on Wednesday, October 21st, and will be available for 400 MS Points (US$ 5). The new DLC will contain the following new features:

• Three new playable decks; including TezzeretÂ’s “Relics of Doom” Planewalkers deck
• Three new unlockable cards for each of the eight original decks
• New Two-Headed Giant co-op levels
• Three new puzzling challenge levels

A new single-player campaign will also be made available, as well as an unlockable Sarkhan Vol and Jace Beleren's new Planewalkers decks.
