MAMEPSP v0.01 beta released!
MikeDX has released a very early beta of his Multi Arcade Machine Emulator (MAME) for the PSP, MAMEPSP. MikeDX’s MAMEPSP is aiming at getting ROMs to run at a playable speed, as the last MAME port for the PSP was released in August last year, and support for different ROMs was sketchy at best.
Although only in version 0.01, MAMEPSP already supports a huge amount of Roms that MakeDX describes as running ‘near perfectly’.
This version of MAMEPSP is known to have many bugs, including a bug where the ram may not be freed correctly but
MikeDX has said that this will be fixed in future versions. All ROMs should be placed in the x:/PSP/GAME/MAMEPSP directory (Where x is your PSP), and it is advised that you keep them in a ZIP file.
NOTE: QJ.net do not support piracy, and it is illegal to use any ROMS that you do not own.
