Nintendo’s dynamic, sporty duo will be getting all flashy in their sporty, winter attires on October 16, 2009. As this is the Winter Olympics, you may very well expect a lot of snow-related games like Alpine Skiing and Speed Skating.

Both the DS and the Wii versions will feature single-player and multiplayer game modes, and the Wii will also be making use of the Wii Balance Board peripheral.

We expect to see more press releases showcasing gameplay videos and screenshots of the game coming out in the next couple months. October is barely just a breath away after all. We’ll keep you posted on this.
