Marvel vs. Capcom 2 coming to PSN and XBL in late July
Capcom has finally dated the much awaited XBLA and PSN outing of Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Earlier reports speculated that the release date of the game will be on June 29 as projected in Marvel Entertainment‘s Q1 2009 financial report but Capcom has clarified the rumor and pinned down the release date in late July.

Via their Twitter account, they confirmed:
MvC2 is not actually coming out on June 29, sorry guys. Not sure where that rumor came from, but it’s going to be closer to the end of July.
Well, it looks like we’re gonna wait one more month to enjoy one of the best beat em up games of all time.
