Mass Effect 2 officially announced, coming 2010
After months of hinting and teasing, BioWare has finally officially announced Mass Effect 2, promising a more engaging game than the first. No PlayStation 3 version has been announced yet, contrary to rumor. The game is slated to be released in 2010.

According to the press release, the sequel will have “intensified combat and expanded weapon options as well as increased depth of planet exploration, all while delivering a powerful, emotionally engaging story.”
No PlayStation 3 version has been announced yet, contrary to a rumor started by EA’s John Riccitiello. But that doesn’t mean it won’t come eventually. The game is slated to be released in 2010 for both the Xbox 360 and the PC. And just to remind you what we can expect from the game (or at least, keep us wondering what to expect):
