Massive delay for Mass Effect: coming September instead
Last month, we reported on Dr. Ray Muyzka‘s pleasantly cryptic statement that Mass Effect won’t be showing up at this year’s E3. This sparked speculations, and then some, that Mass Effect won’t be showing up at the July event because it would have been released by then.
For a while, we carried on like so, holding on to the hope that the BioWare spokesperson gave us. Until today, that is. Apparently, we just might be seeing Mass Effect in E3, after all. That’s because Microsoft has officially announced this morning that the game will be coming out in September instead.
Yup, that’s a pretty massive delay for all you fans out there. We hate to disappoint you, but no other details were revealed regarding this delay. But we’re pretty sure there’ll be fireworks aplenty come September. After all, Mistwalker‘s Blue Dragon is also slated to launch that month. So until then, we suggest you keep it posted here for more updates.
