Man, if this comes true, let’s hope Sony makes PlayTV available in other regions too. Media Molecule boss Mark Healey confides to Eurogamer that we just might see LittleBigPlanet and PlayTV working together in the future.
Here’s Healey sharing his initial concept for an “LBP-TV”:
Just recently I bought the PlayTV, because I had to swap cables every time. That made me think last night, we should just integrate that into LittleBigPlanet. Why not? If you’ve got a PlayTV box, it must be possible to watch TV within your Pod.
How cool is it to just watch TV with people online with your Sackboy, and vandalise the TV with stickers, for example? There’s lots of random ideas like that I’d like us to explore. I don’t know if that’s possible but I’m sure it must be.
Oh I can just imagine. My Kratos Sackboy dancing with the contestants in So You Think You Can Dance? while the show runs in the background. Heh. Epic win.
