Media Molecule: LittleBigPlanet entering alpha stage soon
Gamers who previously thought that Media Molecule‘s LittleBigPlanet was already in its closed beta testing phase should shelf those ideas since the developers recently announced the game will just be entering its alpha stage very soon. No worries, though. Everything still seems to be going according to schedule for the much awaited title’s September launch. More details about this in our full article.
It’s been a while since Sony Computer Entertainment released any solid updates for LittleBigPlanet for the PlayStation 3. Fortunately, the developers at Media Molecule recently updated its blog and announced that the game will finally be pushing towards the alpha stage of its development cycle.
To further stress the point, the blog post stated that “all the cool stuff we said will be in there should be playable”. This officially debunks the previous rumor about the game reaching its closed beta phase in our previous coverage.
This probably means that the game is still on track for its Fall release this year for the next-gen console. However, the developers still seem to have a lot of plans in store for LittleBigPlanet since they’re still busy fitting in all the changes into the game.
It’s all good, though, since we all want to be able to play with our respective Sackboys (and Sackgirls) without a hitch. In any case, keep coming back to QJ.NET for more updates regarding LittleBigPlanet.
