Metal Slug 7 debut trailer now out

We’ve been twiddling our thumbs for some time now, in anticipation of the US release of SNK Playmore’s Metal Slug 7 for the DS. We’re nearing its release date – November 18 – and now we have a debut trailer to remind us that yes, we’re waiting for the game’s release. The video in the full article.

The Metal Slug series of games has always been about blasting people, hunks of metal, and tough soldiers, and it’s no surprise that Metal Slug 7 for the DS gets a trailer chock-full of the word “ULTIMATE.” Yes, in all caps. Ultimate characters and ultimate weapon in the ultimate game? Yes, it does sound like a Metal Slug game (or a movie, even) indeed.

The game will feature seven levels, new weapons, as well as two new vehicles to hop into. Of course, players will be thrown into new missions and can control any of the six playable characters in the game. Metal Slug 7 will blast its way into US Nintendo DS handhelds on November 18 this year. Get your grenade arms ready.
