MGS4 Teaser Video Straight From TGS
Konami has, at the very least, one whole year to develop further and perfect Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. And based from the upcoming Tokyo Game Show, they might actually need to do just that.
This fresh teaser video of MGS4, which is actually the second part of the teaser, from the conference in Japan has subjected the newest addition to the Metal Gear series under scrutiny. We don’t know if it’s just us, but we are rather perplexed by the seemingly animation downgrades. There are really many things to consider, including the fact that what we have here isn’t the final product yet.
Also, around 45 seconds into the video, we are rather distracted by the movements of the two soldiers. It very much seems they’re running in the same animation and same sequence. It looks quite awkward, to really be honest about it. MGS4 actually is Hideo Kojima‘s last Metal Gear game. We hope this title won’t fail to impress come 2007 for a more fitting exit.
