Microsoft Australia comments on recent U.S. 360 price drop
Amidst all the news about the recent Xbox 360 price drop in the U.S., there’s still the unanswered question: “How about Xbox 360 price cuts in other regions?” As we all know, the U.S. is now enjoying price cuts for all three Xbox 360 SKUs (US$ 50 cut for the Pro, US$ 20 for the Core, and $US 30 slashed off the Elite). So indeed, how about our gaming friends in the rest of the world?
A spokesperson from Microsoft Australia had this to say: “This is an announcement out of the U.S. for the North American market. If we have any local announcements to make, we’ll be sure to let you know.”
That doesn’t in any way answer the question, but that’s still counts for something – its better than a flat “nothing” for those living in the land Down Under, yes?
