Microsoft denies GTA4 DLC coming to PS3
With rumors running rampant about the Xbox 360-exclusive Grand Theft Auto 4 DLC also creeping its way to the PlayStation 3, Microsoft is quick to douse the flames. Contacting Gamespot to, hopefully, drive the nail into the coffin, they gave a succinct: “The [GTAIV] episodes are exclusive to Xbox 360.”
With rumors running rampant about the Xbox 360-exclusive Grand Theft Auto 4 DLC also creeping its way to the PlayStation 3, Microsoft is quick to douse the flames. Contacting Gamespot to, hopefully, drive the nail into the coffin, they gave a succinct:
The [GTAIV] episodes are exclusive to Xbox 360.
Though Microsoft has now explicitly denied the DLC platform jump, Sony and Rockstar Games are mum on the matter. It could be that getting The Lost and the Damned on the PS3 is a deal privy to Sony and Rockstar. When Gamespot tried to contact either of them, Rockstar just gave a ‘no comment’ answer, and Sony still hasn’t replied.
