Microsoft Japanese Media Briefing for April 6

Microsoft Japan will be giving the Japanese media a full briefing that will focus on Xbox 360 development plans and perhaps a few new games Microsoft is hoping will woo the Japanese public a little more heartily than those released thus far. The brief will be held by new Manager of Xbox Japan Takashi Sensui and will last for around an hour and a half on April 6.

Given the general lack of support shown to the console in the Land of the Rising Sun, this move is hardly surprising, though it will be interesting to see what Microsoft have planned. If the Xbox 360 can actually manage a foothold in Japan, it may well swing the lay of the land with regards to console domination, though this is highly unlikely.
