Microsoft’s pre-E3 briefing: Venue and video coverage details
For those with invites, Microsoft‘s Briefing prior to this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) will be beginning this Tuesday, July 10. And while we’ll be waiting to see what sort of surprises MS will be featuring at the event, we’ve picked up some details on what to expect before the festivities start.
First off, Microsoft’s E3 Briefing will be taking place outside the Santa Monica High School Amphitheater. Complementing this outdoor experience is a giant HD screen with an equally-sized surround sound system to ensure that visitors hear everything loud an clear.
For the guys who don’t have invites (and aren’t too confident of their Solid Snake cardboard-sleuthing skills), you can also catch G4TV‘s coverage of the pre-show and briefing at 9 p.m. ET 6 p.m. PT, or Xbox.com’s webcast coverage at 11:30 p.m. / 8:30 p.m. PT. There’s also Major Nelson‘s video coverage that’ll be available this week, and an HD video expected to be released next week via Xbox Live Marketplace.
