Ahai Sunspears from all over the world, you don’t have to wait no more to explore the Province of Istan as Guild Wars Nightfall will be making its much anticipated debut on September 22-24!
So clear your calendars and cancel whatever plans you have, coz for 48 hours, Guild Wars will give you a chance to experience a brand new story of heroes and villains, and other new content in Guild Wars Nightfall. Along with your fellow Sunspears, you will get to explore Istan and protect the inhabitants of this great island province of Elona. Gamers will also be able to create characters from the Nightfall campaign and gain access to the new Dervish and Paragon professions, as well as the six-core Guild Wars professions.
Aside from getting a first look at the missions and in-game cinematics of Nightfall, players will also be able to enlist the aid of heroes which are customizable and controlled by players. For PvP players, the event becomes even more exciting as they will be able to take the Dervish and Paragon professions into the Sunspear and Churranu Island arenas, which are both exclusive to Nightfall.
As the event comes to an end, all the Nightfall characters that players have created and the items acquired will be removed from participating accounts, and the Nightfall content will also be removed from the live servers. This only goes to show that the event will really be an exclusive peek in to Nightfall so make sure you don’t pass up the chance for this world preview.
The Nightfall World Preview Event will begin on September 22 at 12:01 a.m. PDT and run until 11:59 p.m. PDT on September 24.
