More Malakesh, more magic: an Untold Legends Dark Kingdom video

A long time ago, when there were still hobbitsy-like people on the planet, there used to be a great mage known as Gandalf. This isn’t his story, but the story of one of his bad-ass cousins, three times removed: Malakesh.

Malakesh went out of his hometown one day to go kill some insurgents… you know, bring home the bacon and all that. There was only one problem with his little trip. When he got back to his kingdom, it was dark, like an “I think our King’s been corrupted because he’s controlling skeletons to kill us” kind of dark. With no other choice, he and his friends take their weapons in hand and fight their way to the king to find out the source of all this corrupted nastiness.

As Gandalf once said, “You shall not pass!” In Malakesh’s case, he doesn’t say it. He just kills everything in his path with some well-placed magical icicle-fireblast-lightning spells. A LOT of well-placed magical icicle-fireblast-lightning spells.

In any case, Sony‘s definitely gone all-out to make sure that people grab a copy of this game when the PS3 comes out. Let’s just hope Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom lives up to our expectations, or at least makes gamers want to go cast a magic missile into the darkness. Enjoy!
