More screens take off for M. A. C. H.
There sure is no stopping Vivendi Games’ airplane shooter from zooming through PSP clouds, especially not when its release is but a few winks away. For those of you who have seen the intro vid, well and good. At least now you have more idea as to what’s in store for you in M. A. C. H.But for those of you who haven’t, don’t fret, cos there’s still time for you to catch up.
And catch up is exactly what we’ll help you do with these new batch of screenshots. But as those are just visuals, it’s just as important for us to take these images into context so as for us to better appreciate them. So, let’s review the plot of the game.
Set in the year 2049, this is obviously one futuristic environment, right here. Jets are flying off unmanned, thanks to the hyper-advanced technology developed. Because of this, and as with all cases where machines take over human labor, hundreds of pilots are displaced from their jobs. With basically nothing to do, and missing the skies by a mile, they form a league that lets them enjoy their previous job, but now as a form of sport.
Yep, it’s some kind of sporting league that encourages blowing up each other for the sport of it. To make it more gratifying, there are unlockable planes, upgrades, and a whole lot more. Sounds like a nice little retirees’ vacation, eh? So, hold on, sit tight, and enjoy these screens while waiting for M. A. C. H. to take off.
