Morning to evening: Wii-day in Japan
The other day, Japan happily welcomed Nintendo’s Wii into their market. And yeah, you most definitely can bet that it was a party. Although Reggie wasn’t there, the event still was a blast as Luigi and Sonic were at the stores to officially usher in the Wii.
Now, we have here two videos of the Japanese news, one shown in the morning, the other shown in the evening. Literally, it was a Wii day on December 2. As if five minutes of non-stop Wii coverage is enough for your breakfast, how about a 10-minute news feed, still on the Wii, for dinner?
Burp. Oh well, seems like people cannot really get enough of the Wii. Never mind that you don’t speak nor understand Japanese. Just watch it, and see the phenomenon the Wii has created. And no, there were no reports of people getting mugged of their Wiis here.
Evening news follows after the jump!
Good Morning, Tokyo! Waking up with the Wii
