MotorStorm: Arctic Edge to be best-looking PSP game ever
I’m getting a bit of deja vu here. Is it just me or is BigBig Studios‘ Richard Ogden repeating himself too much lately? Talking about MotorStorm: Arctic Edge, he once again squeezes out some hype juice to promote the upcoming racer. From his perspective, Arctic Edge could possibly generate the best visuals we’ve seen out of a PSP since forever and a half. Mmm, yeah, never mind Crisis Core and GoW: Chains. Arctic Edge is where it’s at.
This game is gonna be so cool… it’s gonna be hawt!

From his perspective, Arctic Edge could possibly generate the best visuals we’ve seen out of a PSP since forever and a half. Mmm, yeah, never mind Crisis Core and GoW: Chains. Arctic Edge is where it’s at. Talking about competition, he states:
I’m pretty confident. Obviously I’ve not seen a lot else that’s coming out this year, but I do think from revamping and revising our engine we’re definitely squeezing more out of it.
It’s the same engine we used on Pursuit Force One and Two, so we’ve taken our knowledge and moved forward from there. It’s kind of honed in if you like. I’m hoping people will look at it as one of the best looking PSP games, if not the best looking PSP game, ever, maybe this year.
While there’s no fault in promoting your own baby project, all this hype doesn’t amount to nothing just yet until we see some actual in-game footage so we can see for ourselves this whole “pushing the PSP to its limit” talk. All eyes on E3, then!
