Motorstorm “PS3” Screenshot Busted
At last year’s E3 Sony presented us with a supposed screenshot that was meant to represent actual quality of PS3 in-game footage. As you can see, the picture on the left looks like it’s, dare we say, pre-rendered. At this year’s GDC, a picture from Motorstorm was taken, and clearly it doesn’t live up to the expectations in any respect. Although you could argue that the quality of the second picture might be a little off and the two events are occurring in entirely different locations, quite frankly the real gameplay footage doesn’t look all that impressive. This wouldn’t be the first time that CGI footage has been passed off as real as we’ve seen in the past, and hopefully can get their act together lest they disappoint fans worldwide.
