Mushroom clouds over XBL: Heavy Weapon next week

Exploding the previous rumor with a big “CONFIRMED” mushroom cloud over it, Heavy Weapon: Atomic Tank is finally rolling into Xbox Live Arcade. It will be available for all regions for 800 Microsoft Points on Wednesday, January 17, 1 a.m. PST.
The side-scrolling shoot-’em-up (and down and all around) tanker of a game from PopCap will have you blasting through 19 missions: invading countries and defeating big bad bosses along the way.
There’s an interesting gameplay mode unique to the XBL version called the Boss Rush mode where you will have to fight the bosses of the game all coming at you, one right after the other. If that’s not enough nuclear fusion for you, there are also the Survival and Co-op Mission modes to play online with your buddies. It ain’t heavy at all; it’s Heavy Weapon.
