Music from Capcom Games Now Available from iTunes in Japan
Starting today in Japan, iPod owners who utilize iTunes may now purchase soundtracks from Capcom games. This is the first time that such a soundtrack has been available on iTunes, but probably will not be the last. On an even better note (pun is intended), there will also be PodCasts and video downloads to come in the near future. “We see iTunes as a music marketplace with a lot of potential and a direct connection to the market-leading iPod,” said a spokesman. “Capcom has a wealth of game content, and we’re eager to engage with this effective music distribution system.” Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and Full House Kiss are the current two different games from Capcom with soundtrack downloads on iTunes. To buy each different song separately, it will put you back ~$1.27.
