MVSPSP AND CPS2PSP, both v1.51

We just can't quit you, Dom.Elvis hasn’t left the building yet, the fat lady hasn’t sung either, and NeoGeo emulators – or the US state of New Jersey”>NJ‘s apparently not through with MVSPSP, or so Jungle-Cat tells us. Although this is just a minor bug fix, and it only gets bumped up to v1.51, and he still says it’s a “final release”; the dev is still quite concerned for his creation. Quite enough to update the last final release. Here’s what NJ has to say (or how Google translates it):
