Naruto: Path of the Ninja goes gold, ships October 23
Tomy Corporation and D3Publisher of America, Inc. have announced that Naruto: Path of the Ninja has gone gold. This retelling of the various Japan-only Naruto RPGs has headed to production and will ship to retail on October 23.
Naruto: Path of the Ninja for the Nintendo DS handheld video game console is the first Naruto RPG to be released in north America. It features a unique time-based combat system in which players must determine each characters’ strengths and use them accurately to help them defeat their enemies.
Players can choose from six available characters: Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Shikamaru, Neji and Rock Lee. To defeat the enemies and bosses players will encounter along the way, there are over 90 different special techniques to choose from and execute.
