The typical Play Then mode, whether you’re playing alone or with a friend, is the quickest way to jump right into action and unleash loud dunks in a conventional head-to-head format. Choose from the latest NBA teams with updated rosters or paid homage to the past with classic rosters. The rules of Play Then Online are somewhat different from those of offline Play Today, but you’ll instantly have the pick of the waste.
The biggest change to Play Then Online is the transfer of Leagues, a five-level standing structure with Bronze, Silver, Gold, Silver, and Animal to determine your ability level. Tier 1– Win against one of the best ten overall-rated NBA team and you’ll get the fewest Victory Points possible.
Tier 2– Win with teams that are ranked 11-20 overall to get a small number of Victory Points.
Level 3: Win when 21-30 total ranked teams receive the most Success Points.
The ultimate aim of Play Then Online is to win, but leveling off comes with its own set of bragging rights. For completing the Sheep League, people who earn enough points will get a VC award, an All-Time Team, and Prestige. In addition, participants who rank in the Top 100 participants will receive an in-game brand, accessible to all gamers, to show off their success.
