NBA Ballers:Phenom aims to give PSP gamers some style
NBA Ballers: Phenom gives gamers something most of them lack, or so they might think – style.
The new title for PSP will enable gamers not only to live the life of a professional baller on the court, but off the court as well. This is possible due to the game’s added feature that gives the player a chance to live the baller’s personal life via business ventures. For example players can also put up a personal clothing line (a la Dwayne Wade), a record label (think of Artest’s “Tru Warrier”) and movie deals (remember Shaq’s “Shazaam” and “Steel”? Actually, it’s better if you don’t.).
Of course, usual features such as a detailed story mode, 2-on-2 action and 1-on-1 matches are still present. The game is slated to hit retail stores this coming May 2. Rap songs here I come (maybe I should stick to basketball, but then again, if Proballers can do it – even when they suck – why can’t I?).
