There have been many emulators created for the PlayStation Portable and it is sometimes hard to keep track of them. It’s a good thing that developer TokyoDrift has created a homebrew application that takes care of most, if not all, of them.

The name of the program is Emu Loader and is part of the on-going Neo Flash Spring Coding Competition. This is highly useful as it starts most of the emulators that have ever been programmed for the Sony handheld.

Aside from that, the coder also noted that it’s also very helpful because users of this application don’t have to see all of the emulators in the XMB or GAME menu. Here are some of its features:

  • Start all emulators in 3.xx kernel
  • You can see which system is emulated
  • You can see which name the emulator has
  • You can see which version the emulator has
  • A very sorted GUI
  • Shows ICON of the emulator

The coder also added that this program has not been made possible without the help of other coders such as Hedda1 and PSP1000. The program comes with its own Readme file so be sure to check that out first to avoid any problems.
