NeoGeo CD Emulator v0.01 for PSP

We showed screenshots of the NeoGeo CD Emulator for PSP before and many people said it was fake. We are glad to announce that it is in fact released.

It is based on NeoCD/SDL 0.3.1 by Fosters/Martinez Fabrice.

Instructions:
Archive all files in NEO GEO CD to zip file named “neocd.zip”
get NEOGEO CD BIOS

/PSP/GAME/NEOCD
+ EBOOT.PBP
+ STARTUP.BIN
+ loading.bmp
+ NEOCD.BIN (BIOS)
+ NEOCD.ZIP (CD contents)
