Starring the freelance photographer Frank West, Dead Rising is a survival horror in game in which you need to find off the seemingly endless horde of zombies on your quest to uncover their source. Using their Swarm technology, Capcom is able to place an unprecedented amount of zombies on the screen at one time so the action never dies out. In order to fight of the masses, Frank can grab random environmental objects to use as weapons and even eat food he comes across for health. You’ll have to use his photojournalist skills to document your sightings in order to obtain a reward as well. Although it was originally planned for release in May, Dead Rising’s delay now has it set to come out on September 29th.
