The game Two Worlds: A Tale of Two Cities by SouthPeak Interactive tells the story of a civilized land besieged by orc invaders (so Warcraft-ish!). Your character has to stop the orcish hordes from taking the cities… which we will now be taking a tour of. Well, we’ll check two of the largest cities available in the game anyway, since you have to know what you’ll be fighting for, right?

First off, we have the city of Cathalon. The royal capital, where the king resides. Modeled after a traditional open architectural style, it boasts of large fountains and large bazaars. Guards constantly patrol the city, keeping it safe for all it’s citizens and visitors.

Next up, we have the Asian-inspired city of Ashos. A port city always bustling with trade, its twisting streets can lead you to the shop of a friendly merchant or even a secluded hidden garden. Citizens walk about wearing kimonos while Samurai patrol the streets, keeping peace and order.

While all of this may seem perfect, the Orc hordes are slowly advancing towards these civilized lands. War has already been declared and the only thing keeping these cities safe is the river Gon. The Xbox 360 version of Two Worlds: A Tale of Two Cities is slated for release this May 15 in the US and May 11 in Europe. If you’ve been waiting for this game, you can check out our previous article on the game or the latest screenshots of the cities (bottom and top of the article) to help pass the time.
