New details and screenshots on Fishing Master for the Wii

If you like to fish then the perfect Wii game for you would be Konami‘s Fishing Master (also known as Tsuri Master). Bait, fishing rods or poles, reels, and different kinds of fish all factor in this title which was already released in Japan.

It is currently set to be published in the U.S. by Hudson Soft although a release date hasn’t been given yet. In case you’ve never heard of the game, it’s an arcade fishing title aimed at anglers of all ages and skill levels.

Players take up the role of a fisherman who must make his grandfather proud through competing in tournaments with the goal of claiming the Fishing Master title. If group fishing is more your thing, up to four players will be able to fish together.
