New Details Emerge For Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom

Korean game makers Blueside who are responsible for the RTS hit title Kingdom Under Fire have just confirmed that this particular game series will indeed be undergoing a makeover for its debut in the next-gen gaming scene, particularly the Xbox 360.

As a twist, instead of taking command of an army, the new installment to the series Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom will now become more of an RPG. Players can explore randomly-generated dungeons and customize their equipment, learn new skills as they level up, and battle hordes of enemies at any time. Players will also be able to form parties with four members with whom they can quest with online, thanks to Xbox Live. The game is expected to be released by the second quarter of 2007.

However, there is some confusion with the game’s exclusivity as Microsoft claims that it is an Xbox exclusive, which contradicts Blueside’s statement that a PC version of the game is in the works.
