New DS Lite Colors hitting Japan!

Don’t get your hopes up, this new set of colors is for Japan yet again. It looks like Japan is getting “Jet Black” which is the colour Europe has had since the DS Lite’s launch. For some reason, Nintendo has still not decided to bring the product over to North America. Many people are holding out on their DS Lite purchase until the black version hits. The Japanese will be seeing it on September 2nd. Just recently, the Pink DS Lite was also announced and that will be hitting Japan on August 20th.

As we mentioned earlier, the other new addition to the DS Lite family will be a Final Fantasy III edition set to coincide with the release of Final Fantasy III. What’s that noise you ask? That’s the sound of Japan exploding in the future when this combo is released upon the masses. If Final Fantasy III sees a special edition like what was rumoured before… Well, let’s just say Godzilla will be nothing compared to the havoc on the streets. Click the thumbnail for a better view.
