New Excitebike revving up for WiiWare launch

Nintendo has announced via its weekly Nintendo Week program on the Nintendo Channel (that’s a lot of Nintendos!) that they’re getting set to rock Wii owners’ worlds soon with a new Excitebike release. Details and a video after the jump.

Nintendo has announced via its weekly Nintendo Week program on the Nintendo Channel (that’s a lot of Nintendos!) that they’re getting set to rock Wii owners’ worlds soon with a new Excitebike release.

The game, called Excitebike: World Rally, will launch November 9 on WiiWare. The all-important track editor is a confirmed feature along with online multiplayer. Here’s a video of the announcement. You can check out gameplay footage at the 0:46 mark.
