New game in development at Atlus Japan?

Atlus Japan has a new game in development. It hasn’t been officially announced, but they are recruiting a lot of debuggers for it. A new Weekly Famitsu scan seems to have narrowed it down a bit. Reportedly, it’s not an SMT title, nor is it Persona. Bummer.

Atlus Japan apparently has a new game in development, as evidenced by what looks like a job ad in Japan’s Weekly Famitsu magazine. I don’t read Japanese, but the “jobent.jp” link in the scan does lead to the jobseekers site they’re using to recruit debuggers.

Right now, we know next to nothing from this game, except that it’s reportedly not a new entry in the Shin Megami Tensei, Persona, or Etrian Odyssey franchises. That last one makes sense, seeing as how Etrian Odyssey III was announced just a couple of weeks ago.

Well at least that narrows it down. Kinda.
