New Killzone: Liberation Gameplay Videos

Picking up immediately after the events that unfolded in the first Killzone game, Killzone: Liberation lets players reprise the role of Jan Templar. This time, Templar and his team are on a covert operation to rescue hostages being held captive by a ruthless Helghast general by the name of Mertac.

Those expecting gameplay similar to the original Killzone are in for a surprise. This time around, Killzone: Liberation will take on a more tactical approach, utilizing a pseudo-isometric top-down third-person view. Fans of the first one needn’t worry though – this is still very much an action game, albeit one with more depth and tactical management than most straightforward shooters.
