New Lua PSP Programming Tutorials!
It’s great that there’s a few guys who’ve always taken the time to write programming tutorials for newbies to the PSP, and programming in general. There’s Yeldarb, who has written great tutorials for creating homebrew in the C language, and he’s also had a few guest writers like Smerity who has made a tutorial for adding sound to homebrew in C language. And trust me, a lot of current homebrew developers are so well known, just because of these tutorials.
This time though, it’s PSPMillionaire with his tutorials for the Lua Language. For those who don’t know anything about programming, Lua is one of the easiest languages to start with. It’s got pretty powerful functions, so if you work hard, you can make games which are great. A great example would be the game PSP Millionaire itself. It’s pretty addictive and great fun to play.
Anyways, here’s the full list of tutorials which are written by PSPMillionaire, including the old ones. If you’re interested in developing homebrew games, look no further. All you need is some programming knowledge, and lots of cool ideas.
- Getting Up and Running
- Writing Your First Lua Program
- Variables
- Button Input
- Tables (Arrays)
- Expressions
- Images
- Functions
- Reading and Writing Files

Or you can simply check out his homepage and browse his programming resources. So what are you waiting for? Start developing!
