New Plantronics Headset for Xbox 360

Plantronics, the company that brought us the very hip and cool Halo 2 Edition headset, is now developing a new headset for the Xbox 360. The Gamecon X30 for the Xbox 360 is an option for those of us who think the headsets that came with our 360’s are a bit…cheap.

The X30 features:

    * HOT DESIGN! Industrial-strength hipness separates gaming titans from mere mortals

    * Noise-canceling mic lets you verbally devastate foes with cutting precision

    * Extended boom flexes to fit your trash-talking maw

    * Supple, ear-melding design thwarts the chaffing of all-night kill fests

    * Single-ear coverage lets you roast online enemies while rapping with your fridge-raiding buddies

    * Inline volume and mute put you in the driver’s seat

    * Plantronics quality backed by a one year warranty

Also, this works with your regular old Xbox (communicator module required for Xbox, sold separately). Unfortunately, in my opinion, this new headset appears to be wired, but you can’t have it all, can you? Coming soon…
