New PS3 SKU spotted bundled with Motorstorm, Resistance – no price cut

While it’s not exactly the US$ 99 price cut we heard about earlier today, this is still a pretty sweet deal. Word has come in that Target stores have received a brand new PS3 SKU, with an 80 GB console bundled with MotorStorm and Resistance: Fall of Man.

While it’s not exactly the US$ 99 price cut we heard about earlier today, this is still a pretty sweet deal. Word has come in that Target stores have received a brand new PS3 SKU.

Without the price cut, the SKU will still cost US$ 399. It will come with an 80 GB console bundled with MotorStorm and Resistance: Fall of Man. Ok they’re two pretty outdated games, what with their sequels already out, but it’s still a sweet deal for people who’re new to the PS3, and it’s a nice upgrade from the just-Motorstorm bundle.

The SKU will be released on March 29, some time after the Game Developer’s Conference. No news on whether this will be specific to Target stores or will be available everywhere.
