New PS3/Sixaxis ad involves… um… eggs…
It’s amazing how quickly Sony has decided to change its image from “fun” to “for serious gamers”, riding on all the comments that the PS3 has received early on. And to ride it to its full extent, Sony has decided to also bring that dose of maturity and sophistication into the PS3’s official website with its cryptic games, to the various TV ads for the console which are so damn mysterious that I haven’t even quite figured it out until now (that plastic-baby ad that they made still freaks me out to this day…).
In any case, this new ad features the Sixaxis, and I’m guessing that the theme is meant to expound on the tilt technology that this new controller boasts of. Pretty cool, as compared to the baby ad, but then again, I’ve never really understood too many of the artsy-fartsy things around me, so we leave it to our readers to try to decipher what in the world Sony is trying to tell us once again.
