New PTR Test Patch changes

A new PTR patch went live today, bringing with it a few additional changes to Blizzard‘s World of Warcraft public test realm. One of the notable changes is that PvP Epic Gems had their honor cost reduced again. As for gear, the Spellfire and Frozen Shadoweave sets got reduced Spell Damage and Spell Crit in some cases in exchange for more Intellect. The Mongoose enchant was also given a spankin’ new look.
